High ceilings, oodles of light, and comfortable seating.
Easy in and out of the kitchen and dining areas from the living room.
It's the perfect group space for board games, movies, or simply catching up.
Come "hang" out!
The main TV and games live in the hand-painted TV cabinet.
Or skip TV and talk! Have a glass of wine!
Who gets the fun chair?!?!
Or the comfy sofa that's also a sleeper?
Camp Ciyole is visually and texturally fun for everyone.
A nearly-open floorplan keeps everyone involved - from the living room to the dining area to the kitchen and out to the back deck.
Kids and adults will love the coloring station!
Share your creations with us - there's always room for more!
We'll be in the kitchen! Or perched on a stool looking into the kitchen.
Your coffee and tea station - it's nice to have options.
Open to the dining area - the kitchen has oodles of workspace, cabinets, storage.
Extra blankets, hot tub towels, doggie supplies, and helpful items live in the hallway "guest closet."
The hallway bathroom has a shower over bathtub and extra wide vanity - room for everyone's travel bags.
The first bedroom along the hallway features a Queen bed and hanging bedside "shelves."
Your own TV and soothing blue/grey tones.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and extra seating window nook.
Pull the curtains to look into a cluster of redwood trees and out into the neighborhood or close them for additional privacy or to sleep in!
The master suite includes a full bathroom and opens to a separate balcony.
Bright light and a huge closet make this a favorite spot for guests!
Brighten your morning with coffee or tea on the master suite's balcony.
The master suite bathroom also has a shower over the bathtub and wide vanity with ample lighting.
No need to bring shampoo or conditioner.
Kayaks and river fun items available seasonally and are easy to get to.
Load up the cart and head to the beach - it's only a couple minute walk.
We LOVE this game room! From the repurposed wood plank walls to the yellow bar!
Play pool or darts - it stays cool down here all summer long.
Enjoy the quirks! There's so much to explore.
A great spot for a book or to read the signs (there are some great ones).
Just outside the game room, sip a cuppa...
Or grab a glass of wine - the table and chairs are upcycled wine barrels.
On the back deck - casual seating around the gas firepit/table.
And the propane BBQ to grill up dinner.
Down the stairs to the hot tub! Hang towels or robes on the provided hooks and...
Relax! Take a turn in the hot tub after adventuring.
A wide variety of seating areas means your group can spread out for personal time or come together.

It's a cozy neighborhood! You'll see people walking, going to and from work, living and loving the community.
Summer water levels are controlled by seasonal dams (mid-June to mid-September) and make for excellent paddling.
Here's what the river looks like mid-summer of 2023.
Cross the short (pedestrian only) bridge to Cozy Cove - a beloved neighborhood beach.
Cozy Cove is a couple of minute walk and a great spot to bring kids, dogs, or solo walk.
Grab the beach cart, beach chairs, and kayaks or floaties!
The beach character varies from year to year and season to season. In summer, it's an excellent spot to put in kayaks.
The W/D live on the ground level and are accessible from the garage or entry area.Search Availability
