RESERVATION INFORMATION
Policies
  1. All reservations are final
  2. All homes are completely furnished with sheets, blankets, pillows, bathing towels, basic kitchen supplies, deck furniture, charcoal or propane grills. No bbq grills or linens are available for Summerhome Park Cabins.
  3. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a vacation home
  4. All contracts and credit card receipts must be signed before booking occurs
  5. Minimum stay of 2 nights year round, unless noted on the home webpage.
  6. Contente, Culture Blend and Redwood Creek Estate have a minimum stay of 3 nights year round.
  7. Minimum stay of at least 3 nights for Labor Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Christmas week, and New Years Eve.
  8. Minimum stay of at least 4 nights for Thanksgiving week.
  9. Most riverfront homes are weekly only for July & August, with a specified summer rotation day.
  10. Some homes have a four night minimum in July & August.
  11. One Week Minimum for all homes for 1st week in July and 1st week in August.
  12. Additional Night rate excludes Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend, unless 4 nights or more are booked.
  13. Most Homes Check in time-4:00pm / Check out time-12:00 Noon. Exceptions: Can Do Cottage, Contente, Culture Blend, Redwood Creek Estate and Rio Casa Del Sol Check in time-4:00pm/Check out time-11:00 am.
  14. The 2 Night Rate and Weekly Rate include the Rent and a Cleaning Fee
  15. 9% Sonoma County transit tax on rent amount only is due on all reservations less than 30-days
  16. 2% Sonoma County Area Improvement Fee on rent amount only is due on all reservations
  17. A non-refundable booking fee of $20.00 is added to all reservations
  18. A refundable security deposit equal to a set amount is required, amount varies depending on home. Larger vacation homes, Culture Blend, Contente, Can Do Cottage and Weekend Gardener Property may require a higher security deposit.
  19. Security Deposits are refundable within 14 days after departing providing all rules have been met (see provided contract), no damages, and the home is left in the way it was found.
  20. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal check, is accepted. If paying by check we will hold the reservation for no longer than 4 days
  21. $40.00 change date fee
  22. Prices are subject to change without notice
  23. Russian River Vacation Homes will not be responsible for any items left behind in homes. So please make sure you remove all personal items before you leave.
  24. All docks and beaches are seasonal only from Mid June to Mid September providing the summer dams are in. Canoes, kayaks, paddle boats and row boats that are provided in some of our homes are available from mid-June to mid-September only.
