Russian River Vacation Homes is a divison of D&G Equity Management, the largest property Management Company in Western Sonoma County. We are the oldest vacation rental business along the Russian River. Locally owned and operated, we manage a wide range of vacation rentals from cozy, country cottages to modern & spacious, riverfront homes.

Vacation rental management services include overseeing all aspects of the reservation to advising owners how to set-up their home as a vacation rental and helpful hints about the area and available local vendor services. Management also includes monthly and annual reports on the activity at the property, providing a breakdown of income and expense. We handle all the collection of county taxes & fees and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We collect all vacation payments in advance (30 days before the booking begins). Our credit card services are included in management, there is no extra cost to our owners.

Advertisement and promotion is also included in management at no extra cost. Our vacation homes are advertised year round in a variety of publications ranging from daily newspapers and magazines, and featured on a variety of websites and search engines (google, yahoo, sonoma.com, winecountry.com, organic listings). We rotate our homes on Craig's List and various other vacation rental websites (HomeAway, Vacationrentals.com, etc,). We are members of all our local Chamber of Commerces, Russian River Chamber, Forestville Chamber, Sebastapol Chamber and Sonoma County Tourism Organizations and Russian River Valley Wine Growers. We maintain a detailed database and mailing list of all our guests and are proud of the high number of guests that return to our homes year after year.

Our local and friendly reservationists enjoy helping our guests find the best home that will fulfill their needs. All our reservationsists know our area well and can respond to all questions guests may have. Our reservationists also view all our homes.

Our website, www.riverhomes.com, has been in existence since 1996 and is well known and well promoted in the Bay Area and beyond. Our website has just recently been updated with a new modern look and easy to use navigation bar. All of our vacation homes are listed on this website, each with its own feature page that describes the home in detail and its amenities, complete with a large selection of 15 - 20 current photographs of the home that visitors are able to select and view. Our website is appealing and easy to use. Visitors are able to view the listings of homes by specific criteria such as bedroom size, dog friendly, spa, waterfront, and location. They are also able to search online by amenities, rates and availability information. We offer a
24 hour online reservation system and guests can always call one of our toll free numbers for friendly reservation services.

Our Owners Log in Area on our wesbite provides our owners with easy access to their homes upcoming bookings, financial data and availability calendar for owners's blocks.

For our management services we charge 25% of collected rents.
For setting up a new home on our website there is a fee of $300.00
There is no charge for credit card fees or advertising.
We do not charge any additional fees to our owners.
