high ceilings, hardwood floors and a large open
living/dining room. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen
comes complete with a tile breakfast bar. Four rooms
feature glass doors leading out to a large deck
facing the river with outdoor dining and a gas grill.
Both homes offer large garages with recreation
rooms. Culture Blend has foose ball, air hockey,
karaoke, and video games and off the patio is a
new spa with a gazebo. Contente has a pool table,
ping pong table, and a spa in the patio above the
yard.

rock stairway to a lawn area with a path leading
