Villa Eileen is a two bedroom, two bath, one level riverfront home featuring a deck overlooking the Russian River, a spacious cement patio & BBQ area, and stairs leading down to a huge sandy beach.

The cozy living room faces the river with large windows, open beam ceilings, a woodstove and sliding glass doors leading out to a generous deck with outdoor dining, a weber barbeque, gas grill, and river views. In the fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of counter space for cooking and sliding glass doors overlooking the patio. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom is very spacious offering comfortable sleeping accomodations for six.

The side fenced in cement patio and barbeque area has a tile counter and a large picnic table perfect for those outdoor summer dinners. Off the patio is a grassy horse shoe area and stairs leading down to a large beach. There is also a canoe included (available June - mid Sept. only) for scenic rides along the river.

Villa Eileen is located in Guerneville and is a short drive to many Russian River Valley wineries and the Sonoma Coast (Jenner & Bodega Bay).
