Green Lane Cottage B, is a cozy one bedroom cottage conveniently located across the street from the Russian River and a short walk to downtown Monte Rio. This cottage is nestled between the hillside and towering redwoods and offers a sunny yard and deck. The bedroom features french doors leading out to the deck. Cozy up to the wood burning stove, enjoy basking in the sun on the deck, have a bbq in the yard, relax in the spa, or just follow the path across the street that leads down to a small sandy neighborhood beach.

The Green Lane Cottages are just a short walk to downtown Monte Rio, where you can enjoy riverfront dining, the Rio Theatre (a classsic movie theater), a small grocery store, a local bar, and the Monte Rio public beach which offers a concession stand and canoe / kayak rentals during summer. It is also a short drive to Occidental, Duncan's Mills, many Russian River Valley Wineries, and the Sonoma Coast (Jenner & Bodega Bay).
