The Weekend Gardener Cottage #1 is a great home base for your Russian River vacation. This well equipped cozy studio cottage features a queen bed and a double sofa bed, gas fireplace, cable TV, VCR, CD player, a dining area and a full kitchen. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Your own private deck has an outdoor dining set, hot tub and propane BBQ.

Enjoy the excellent access to the Russian River from this river front property. Walk out the sliding glass doors to the deck, down the stairs, and through the gate onto the large public lawn, a perfect place for running your dog. The lawn and path lead to the Monte Rio town beach. During the summer, Monte Rio beach offers a snack bar, boat rentals and a child swim area. A section of the beach is dog friendly.

The Weekend Gardener Cottage #1 is conveniently located in Monte Rio and is walking distance to Sophie's Cellars (a local wine and cheese shop), Pegasus Theatre (a local playhouse), The Rio Theater (a classic movie theater), a local coffee shop and two convenience stores. It is a 2 minute drive to the Mackenzie Challenge Northwood Golf Course ,a 10 minute drive to the Sonoma Coast (Jenner & Bodega Bay) and about a 20 minute drive to many Russian River Valley wineries.
