I&I Ranch is a two bedroom
two bath Russian River vacation rental located on
the 2nd hole of the beautiful Northwood Golf Course.
Come enjoy a view of the Redwoods while you cook in
the well-appointed kitchen, soak in the spa, relax
in the spacious living room, and hang out on the large
back deck.
The open and spacious kitchen, livingroom
and dining area feature high ceilings, hardwood floors,
a woodstove and picture windows that look out onto
the golf course. The master bedroom offers a queen
bed and glass doors opening onto a large deck with
outdoor furniture, dining table, a gas grill, an outdoor
shower, and spa.
The second bedroom is the perfect kids
or close friends room, with one double and one single
bed. The two bathrooms both come equipped with a shower/bathtub
combo.
I & I Ranch is located on
the Northwood
Golf Course area of Monte Rio and is walking distance
to the golf course, a restaurant/bar, coffe shop and
a local neighborhood beach. The home is only three
miles from downtown Guerneville and a short drive
to the Sonoma coast and many Russian River Valley
wineries.
