The Boat House is a classic river home offering a two level deck and river views. This vacation rental is conveniently located only a block away from a large sandy neighborhood beach. The Boat House is a one level home that features wood floors, a livingroom with a fireplace, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a downstairs basement with a pool table and ping pong table.

Enjoy river views as you dine ala fresco on the large back deck or relax on the upper sitting deck. The Boat House offers a yard area with river views, but no river access. However you, are only one block to a path that leads down to a large sandy neighborhood beach. The home includes a canoe and two kayaks (avail mid June - mid Sept only).

The Boat House is approximately 1.5 miles from downtown Guerneville, where you can enjoy unique shopping, a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, beaches, and canoe / kayak rentals. It is a short drive to many Russian River Valley Wineries, Occidental, Duncan's Mills and the Sonoma Coast (Jenner & Bodega Bay).
