Vineyard Splash's interior has a large open kitchen/dining room with a dining table to seat 6-8. The living room is comfortably furnished, with a gas fireplace and T.V. on one end and French doors opening to an enclosed porch on the other. The enclosed porch has a small breakfast table and a side door leading out to the backyard.

Vineyard Splash has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace, a queen bed, a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a door leading to the backyard. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A full bathroom with a shower is located nearby. The third bedroom has two double beds and an attached bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor areas at Vineyard Splash are truly amazing. The sunny backyard has an in-ground swimming pool, a spa gazebo with a 6 person spa, a large lawn and a deck with ample seating and lounge chairs. There is full fencing around the larger yard area. The road side of the yard has a tall privacy fence that does double duty helping block out road noise from River Rd. Windows in the fence frame the vineyards across the street. The front of the house has a large patio with another outdoor dining table and chairs and a brick outdoor fireplace.

Vineyard Splash is conveniently located near many activities. It is a short 2 minute walk to the Russian River. Korbel Winery (located next door) has a gourmet deli, a tasting room, a visitor center, and winery tour. Many other wineries are just a short drive away. The home is 5 minutes west of Downtown Guerneville, with a 24 hour Safeway, shops and restaurants, and Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve. The Sonoma Coast is approximately 15 miles west.
