is an expansive two bedroom, two bath modern home situated right on the Russian
River. The home features all rainbow slate tile floors, an open kitchen, dining,
and living room area with a stone fireplace and two sets of sliding glass doors
that lead out to a top level deck. The deck features panoramic views of the river,
a patio dining set, gas BBQ and a spa. On the same level there are two bedrooms,
both with a queen and twin bed and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
The additional room is separately located
downstairs and features all wood interior, a full
bathroom, a sauna (available May - Nov.) and a deck
with stairs leading down to a private seasonal dock
on the river (avail. mid June - mid Sept.). A canoe
is included for your enjoyment (during summer months).
